I drink this occasionally as a more delicate alternative to the Mt Kenya black, but more often I use it to make an amazing kombucha. Of all the teas I’ve tried to make kombucha with this one consistently tastes and naturally carbonates the best. When I unscrewed the lid on the first I ever made with it, it burst a foot in the air and I lost a third of the growler, but it tasted amazing!
