These conditions apply to all sales made through justea.com website.


Item Availability

All orders are prepared in our warehouse. Items we have in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours. If an item is not available, the customer is notified by email, and the item is removed from the order or replaced by another.



All prices indicated on justea.com website are in Canadian dollars. The shipping charges are not included. The price for each product is the one that is posted on the website at the time of purchase. JusTea reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of items shown on the website.



Orders placed on justea.com must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and Discover. No other method of payment is accepted.


Delivery and Shipping Cost

JusTea offers delivery of items bought on justea.com across Canada and the United States. The shipping rates are based on the total weight and volume of the order and the location to which it will be shipped.


Free Shipping

For any single order in Canada of $50 or more (before shipping), JusTea automatically pays shipping for regular delivery service.


Delivery Time

Orders of items in stock at our warehouse are processed within 2 business days plus 4–7 business days for regular delivery service.

JusTea will in no way be held responsible for late delivery due to the carrier (Canada Post).


In-Store Pick-up

Instead of having your order delivered to you, you can pick up your order at the JusTea office. This delivery option is free regardless of the amount of the order. You will be notified by email as soon as your purchase is ready. To retrieve your purchases, you must present your invoice, credit card, and ID.


Cancelling a Web Order

You can cancel a Web order as long as we did not send a shipping confirmation thereof. You can check whether or not we have sent a confirmation by calling 1 (844) 832-7827 (toll free) Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.
