Florence's big smile brings a lot of joy to the Women's Tea Co-op. She is the agricultural manager and trains small-scale farmers on how to grow herbal teas like the freshly cut lemongrass she is holding. At JusTea, we're dedicated to fairly traded and farmer-direct tea benefiting Kenyan farming families with fair wage and steady employment opportunities.
