Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During sale periods processing times may be 3-5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Free Standard Shipping on any order over $50.00 to addresses in Canada and USA.
- We ship all orders from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Shipping transit time varies depending on the destination address but typically expect 3 business days if you are on the West Coast, 5 business days if you are Central, and 7 business days for the East Coast.
- We are unable to offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received.
- If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. We charge a reshipment fee of $10 for incorrectly provided addresses at checkout if the order is returned to our warehouse.
- International Shipping: At this time, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders internationally outside of Canada and the USA. Please refer back to this page for any updates on this possibility in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
- How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- We rely on shipping carriers like Canada Post, USPS, Canpar, and UPS. Due to unforeseen circumstances, these carriers may become very busy and shipping can take longer than usual. If the tracking on the shipment seems to be seriously delayed (longer than 10 business days), the best course of action is to check the tracking number and reach out to the logistics company directly. If the logistics company isn't able to help to the status then please contact us at info@justea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

- Can I pick up at your office in Vancouver? Unfortunately no since this is just an office space without any tea inventory. If you’d like to save the shipping cost, just order over $50 on justea.com, or Amazon, or click here https://justea.com/pages/where-to-buy to find a store close to you.
Refunds
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your JusTea, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make you 100% satisfied.Please reach out to info@justea.com
- If the product you receive is damaged or incorrect, then we can issue you a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please email us at info@justea.com with your order number, the lot# of the product and photos of the product.
- If you purchased your tea from a third party such as Amazon or Whole Foods, please note we lack access to your purchase history with these retailers, we kindly ask you to contact the retailer at which you purchased the items for the resolution of all product-related issues. We apologize that we can't assist you directly with these purchases.
