Our Guarantee

We guarantee our products for 60 days on all new first time orders. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your first order of JusTea, please email shanice@justea.com with your name and order number and we’ll make it right. Please note: All seasonal items are final sale. Partners must cover return shipping costs as well as $1/unit warehouse restocking fee.

Shipping Charges

Wholesale Packaged Teas: We offer free shipping* on orders over 

$349 for Canada and $299 for USA. Any order under this amount is a flat rate of $25*.

*This excludes orders being shipped to Yukon, Nunavit, NWT, Alaska, Hawaii, since it is very expensive and we unfortunately can't provide free shipping. The shipping charge will just be a flat rate of $50. 

Wholesale Bulk Teas: Shipping charges are based on location and amount of products in order. They are dynamic rates and there is no free shipping.

Payment Options

We accept most forms of credit cards and also PayPal. Your order will be shipped after we receive payment. We do not offer Terms through our wholesale portal.

Order Fulfillment

We fulfill from Delta, BC Canada and we ship across Canada and USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Your order will process within 1-3 business days and will typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at shanice@justea.com and we’ll do our best to catch it. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled we are unable to cancel.


JusTea really values your partnership and support for small-scale Kenyan tea farmers. Please note that wholesale partners are not permitted to re-sell JusTea products on Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, or any other unauthorized marketplaces.
